Sunny Spring Table Scape

Peach garden roses, wispy lavender chiffon, cement votives, eclectic geometric designed salad plates and a natural wood table.
This is a tablescape I had been dreaming about for months. Although the rich colors of fall and winter were scrumptious, I could hardly contain myself from buying every spring flower from Wright Floral Company

How to create this look:
Find and draw on your plates. I found these plates from Walmart and the dollar store. I got a few extras in case I had any I didn't like. I tried all sorts of craft pens, including the kind where you bake it in the oven to make permanent, but the look I liked best came from a regular old Sharpie! After I drew on the salad plates, I decided to keep it simple and didn't draw on the dinner plates. I got my designs from simplified pictures I saw on Pinterest of hand-drawn plates, cups and bowls. If you mess up - it's art! Just keep going and it often turns out. If it doesn't, thats why you get a few extra plates. (:
Make your cement votives. I used this tutorial to make my votives except instead of finding a filler that was the exact size as my tea lights, I just put the tea light directly into the cement and added some coins on top for weight.
Finish gathering supplies. I got my blush candlesticks from At Home. I got the blue vase from RC Willey. The lavender runner is chiffon from the Walmart fabric section. The flowers are from my trusty friends from Wright Flower Company.
Find a table you love, and assemble! I used my friend's kitchen because it is filled with light and has the MOST beautiful table from Crate and Barrel.
